Abstract shapes their energetic keys that help you to focus your intention and your connection with the Reiki energy more deeply.

You can send reiki across time and space, and that can mean to a younger version of yourself who needed comfort to a friend on the other side of the world or a family member.

I'll never forget one of the first, really profound reiki distant healing experiences that I had.

And over the years I've watched so many students transform their own life in the Reiki two workshop.

There's one gentleman that comes to mind who recently told me he was going through cancer treatment.

And he emailed me at the time asking whether it would be beneficial for him to give himself Reiki during the treatment process and if it's okay to do it while you're on chemo and radiation.

And I said, yes, Reiki is amazing in that it works with other modalities.

Especially medication if you need to take it or other forms of treatment.

He said to me that he started doing reiki and he found it instantly made the process of his treatment a lot easier to bear and to, get through, the difficulty he had as he was experiencing prostate cancer.

And he sent me quite an emotional email saying that, the change was so profound for him that it actually inspired him to want to be able to create a platform or a forum where he can inspire and support other men going through a similar experience that he'd been through, which just left me feeling.

Full of all those warm fuzzy feelings to know that Reiki impacts not only us, but also helps us go through the most difficult experiences and challenges, and even helps us wanna then make a difference in other people's lives.

There was another moment I'll also never forget when I sent Reiki to a girlfriend's baby who had been diagnosed with meningitis.

She was very, very ill and in hospital, her mother was, extremely worried about her and I said, I'll send a distant healing, but didn't actually tell her the time that I was gonna send it.

I remember sitting down, I used my proxy and I sent Reiki to her and it was about a few hours later that she messaged me and she asked me what time I'd sent her the healing.

And I thought it was a little odd because, people don't normally check in with you.

Um, and I told her it was around, the time.

This was going back about probably 15 years, so I can't recall the actual time that I sent it to her.

And she said, you know, the funniest thing happened, Lisa, I was standing in, she was, her daughter was in ICU at the time, and she said she was standing next to her husband and she was listening to the.

And she said, all of a sudden I had this wave of peace just kind of washed through my body.

A lot of the times when we send distant healing, the people are so busy in their life that they don't quite often notice the energy coming in unless they literally lay down and you're on the phone with 'em while you're sending them distant healing.

And really help people in their time of need.

many of my students have also told me that level two really awakened something deeper in them.
