Amazon Music You’re Already Channeling — You’re Just Not Trusting It
Have you ever received something, a feeling, a message, a sense, and immediately thought, I’m just making this up? Because what if that’s not what’s happening at all?
What if you’re already channeling… and the only thing getting in the way is that you don’t trust it yet?
In this episode, I’m speaking to the experience of receiving something subtle and dismissing it before it’s even given the chance to develop.
Because channeling doesn’t usually begin in the way people expect.
It’s not always clear.
It’s not always strong.
And it rarely feels undeniable at the beginning.
Instead, it often shows up quietly.
As a shift in your awareness.
A feeling in the body.
A thought that feels slightly different to your usual thinking.
And because it’s happening through you, it’s very easy to question it…
or assume it isn’t real.
I share a personal experience from a practice session that shaped how I understand this work, and what it revealed about trust, choice, and the way we work with spirit.
Because even when something is coming through, you don’t lose control.
You don’t override your body.
You don’t ignore what doesn’t feel right.
You are part of it.
And the moment you start to recognise that, something begins to shift.
This episode isn’t about trying to receive more.
It’s about recognising what’s already there, and beginning to trust what you’re channeling.
You’re not learning how to channel.
You’re learning how to trust what’s already coming through.
